Returns

We take customer care seriously and will always do our best to resolve any problem. In the unlikely event that you need to return an item please notify us immediatley in writing or by email. For damaged items we will need to inspect goods and packaging and both should be returned to the address given on the contact page:

Please keep a proof of postage and note that for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns for products that have been opened and/or used.
